Speaker - Laura Skinner, the Environment Centre (tEC).

Laura Skinner joined the Environment Centre (tEC) back in September 2007, after completing an MSc in Integrated Environmental Studies at the University of Southampton. Laura is current working as an Environment Business Advisor, and tEC’s EMS Manager. In her current role at tEC, Laura has utilized her skills by carrying out environmental audits, for business around Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, focusing on renewable energy, legislation compliance and resource efficiency. Laura is also practiced in applying Environmental Management Systems for compliance to ISO 14001.

Nature of the talk: Laura will be talking about Environmental Management Systems, the benefits to business, and green credentials, as well as the support and advice tEC can offer regarding EMS implementation and environmental issues.
